The Buyer has a right of withdrawal for the following reasons:

• Dissatisfaction with the Product for any reason;

• Non-conformity of the Product.

7.2 In both cases, the Buyer will have the option to request from Théluto an exchange or a refund of the Product and delivery fees.

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Buyer must contact the Site within fifteen (15) days following receipt of the Product. The Product must be returned to Théluto at the following address:

and under the following conditions:

• Be in perfect condition,

• Never have been used.

In the event that the Product is declared non-compliant with the order or defective upon delivery, return shipping costs will be covered by Théluto.

Théluto does not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) packages. All risks associated with the return of the Product are borne by the Buyer.

If the aforementioned conditions are met and if the Buyer has requested a refund for the Product, Théluto will reimburse the Buyer, within thirty (30) days from the date on which the Product was received back by Théluto, the total amount of the order including taxes, excluding return shipping costs.
